The primary server stack was transmitting massive packets of outbound raw data to a unknown domestic IP address located in rural Virginia.
Suddenly, Captain Miller grabbed Vance’s shoulder, forcing him to look at the secondary monitor array. Section 4—a decommissioned subterranean bunker level closed off since the late Cold War era—was showing active power consumption and moving heat signatures. Vance adjusted the subterranean seismic monitors, expecting to see seismic shifts, but found a precise rhythmic pattern echoing from deep within the unmapped granite shafts.
