She looked down. \u201cThat wasn\u2019t us.\u201d The scheme had created the trap. Judge Whitmore had supplied the cruelty himself. Two days later, he entered the courtroom without his robe. Cole and Dana were indicted for obstruction, computer fraud, and conspiracy. Sloane was arrested weeks later after Tyrone\u2019s video led investigators to financial records and two additional witnesses.
